The movie chronicles the circumstances surrounding Azaria Chamberlin's disappearance at Ayers Rock and the subsequent investigation. Her parents believed she'd been killed by a dingo. However, Lindy Chamberlin was accused of the murder based on circumstantial evidence. Public opinion turned against the family, who are Seventh-Day Adventists, as the trial attracted national attention. Based on a true story.
